Terms & Conditions
- Age: The drivers must be a minimum of 21 years of age for all group of cars, buggies, scooters and quads
- Driver’s License: Drivers must hold a valid license for at least one (1) year
- Traffic Violations, Traffic fines and Administrative Sanctions: Tickets and appended administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic law during rental period, is solely the renter’s responsibility. If any such administrative sanction is not disclosed to the company at the end of the rental period (contract), the violation will be charged to the rente
- Fuel policy: The renter has to return the vehicle with the same level of petrol as delivered
- Key Loss: The customer is liable for all costs to replace keys which have been lost or damaged, the cost of retrieval of keys which have been locked inside a vehicle
- Booking Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation without any cost up to 72 hours before picking-up our rental car by calling us on +30 6972 294961 or by sending us an email at info@autolele.gr
- Ferrying the vehicle & Across the border rentals: Ferrying the car to and from any island or mainland is not allowed. All insurances will be voided and the renter will be responsible for any damage caused if the vehicle is driven elsewhere than Crete Island
